Very useful for anyone with poor circulation, or cold feet, such as with diabetics. Helps to improve circulation and brings soothing warmth to tired and cold feet. Each slipper has an insert that can be removed for warming. The slipper boot is washable but not the insert. These slippers are not meant to be walked on with the insert in place. Recommend wearing a light weight sock to help keep insert clean. The insert can also be removed and used elsewhere. No cover for the slippers.
